  • Scrap conveyors
  1. Horizontal scrap conveyor to remove the flash from underneath the machine and transport it outside the machine to the incline conveyor to transport the flash from the horizontal scrap conveyor into the throat of the grinder (grinder not included).
  2. Robot take out arms to remove the bottles from the discharge station and place them on the wrap around conveyor system.
  3. Wrap around bottle conveyor system to merge bottles from one side of the machine to the bottles from the other side into a single bottle stream.
  4. Incline scrap conveyor to transport the flash from the horizontal scrap conveyor into the throat of the grinder (grinder not included)
  5. The machine is upgraded so that both deflashing stations are hydraulic powered instead of pneumatic
