Pet All has a major commitment to our blow molding products in terms of support personnel, training seminars and parts.
Pet All has spare parts in stock in UK, Canada, USA and China, and most parts are chosen from worldwide suppliers so that they are normally readily available worldwide. Our main controllers are from B & R (Austria) or Barber Coleman (USA). Other major suppliers are YUKEN (Japan), FESTO (Germany), and PARKER (Germany).
Field or school training is available in 3 to 5 day sessions mostly in plant, but also at our facilities in USA, Canada, UK and Asia. There are 8 field service people in North America, 6 in the UK (contracted engineers), and 6 in Asia.
Pet All can communicate with clients in the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and Chinese.
